SUPPLIES NEEDED: Please bring two (2) bed sheets, personal towel, and lubrication (preferably non-allergenic for all types of skin). Also, please bring a notebook and a writing utensil for note taking.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The main function of the lymphatic system is detoxification and disposal of metabolic waste products.
In our society today, the compromised quality of the air, water, food, etc., causes significant accumulations of metabolic waste products in our body, most of which are toxic.
In many cases, this accumulation of toxins in the body causes one to feel low energy levels, fatigue and mood swings, the clinical symptoms of which are often confused with depression by physicians and people prescribing antidepressants, when this is not the case of clinical depression at all!
Clients who receive full-body medical massage regularly (for example, on a weekly basis) should be advised that every fifth treatment one should receive a lymph drainage session in order to complete a wellness program.
Please be advised that detoxification causes a significant improvement in the power and function of the immune system!
Boris personally sees regular lymph drainage just as important as immunization against the flu virus and other infections, because this detoxification is boosting the immune system to the highest extent possible.
